Are you a Controls Engineer with the ability to programme and configure Allen-Bradley PLCs looking to step up into a senior position where you will be leading projects from concept to commission?

Do you want to work within the Rail industry for an established global integrator where you will be recognised as a technical expert, working on multiple complex projects at any one time?

In this role you will be working within a Colchester based office alongside a team of industry experts. Trained by the best, you will learn to design comprehensive automated safety and control systems used throughout international Rail networks.

Involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, you will be using AutoCAD for Electrical schematics; programming Allen-Bradley PLC's from scratch and assist in the development of SCADA and HMI's. You will have to occasionally travel to customer sites to commission systems across the UK and internationally.

This company have carved out a profitable niche for automated safety systems within the global Rail market. With 25 years of expertise, they are moving through a period of rapid growth and are looking for Control Systems Engineers to aid in the development of new projects.

This role would suit a ControlEngineer from an Allen-Bradley / Rockwell background who is looking to step up into a senior position and be recognised as a technical expert whilst working on complex projects from concept to commission.

The Role

• Design and programme Allen-Bradley PLC's from scratch
• Work on projects from concept to completion
• Develop 2D Electrical AutoCAD schematics to integrate control systems
• Assist in the development of SCADA and HMI's
• Travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally to commission systems
  

The Person

• Controls Engineer or similar
  Ability to programme Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLC's from scratch
  UK Drivers License
