In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to the London office, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. You will manage support tickets, deliver remote mobile device support, administer RSA access, and maintain laptops and core systems within a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment. You will act as a key point of contact for technology support, assisting with meeting room setup, hardware deployment and office moves to ensure the smooth running of IT services.

This role would suit an IT Support engineer looking to work for a large corporate company with excellent company benefits.

The Role:

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support
• Log and manage helpdesk tickets
• Deliver remote support for iPhones and iPads
• Administer RSA and remote access
• Deploy and reimage hardware

The Person:

• Previous IT support experience
• Able to commute to Central London 4 days per week
