Are you from an AV background with residential experience, looking for a Project Management with a company known for its innovative audio-visual, lighting, and IT solutions across high-end residential properties with a company that will offer continuous growth and training through internal courses?
On offer is a fantastic opening within a leader in luxury residential technology solutions across the UK. Where you will join a close-knit service and maintenance team, you will be at the forefront of installing and commissioning the sophisticated systems across the UK with a focus on the North West.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing contact staff on site, and quality assurance for audio-visual, lighting control, home cinemas, golf simulators, IT networks, CCTV, and access control systems. Daily tasks include on-site service visits, scheduled maintenance, and minor upgrades, with occasional support for installation projects.
This role would suit a AV Service Engineer looking for a Project Management with luxury residential experience, ready to join a company known for its innovative audio-visual, lighting, and IT solutions where you will enjoy full training, paid overtime and career growth opportunities.
The Role:
- Manage contract staff on smart home projects
- Offer technical support and on-site visits
- Assist with installations and system upgrades
- Using programs such as Lutron, Crestron and Control 4
- Monday - Friday with UK wide travel
The Person:
- AV Technician or Engineer
- Looking for a Project Manager position
- Background working on residential Smart Homes
- Lutron/Crestron or strong control system programming skills
- Knowledgeable in IT networks, AV systems integration, and troubleshooting across various systems
- Based in the Northwest
