In this office based role you'll be working as a Technical Support Engineer, handling customer tickets and helping solve issues remotely. The team work cross functionally, and this head office is where new products are researched and developed. Occasionally, perhaps twice a year, you'll be traveling all across the globe to fault-find and fix equipment on customer sites.
