Location: Remote (Preference for Europe, Dubai, UK; open to EST time zones)

Compensation: $130K - $150K + Token Allocation

About the Network

This decentralized secure computation network leverages Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs) like Multi-Party Computation (MPC), Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), and Zero-Knowledge Proofs to enable encrypted data transfer, storage, and computation-without ever decrypting the data. This breakthrough, known as Blind Compute, unlocks new use cases across private AI, biometric data, healthcare, and more.

Mission

Traditional data handling is riddled with inefficiencies and vulnerabilities. While blockchain decentralizes transactions, it doesn't solve the problem of computing on encrypted data. This network changes that-making it possible to build secure, decentralized applications in previously inaccessible industries.

The Role

As Head of Community, you'll lead strategy and execution across community engagement, ambassador programs, forums, campaigns, and live events. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, developer relations, and research teams to align community efforts with the broader mission. Expect to host AMAs, workshops, hackathons, and Twitter/X Spaces, while shaping the culture and voice of the community.

️ Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to grow and engage the community
  • Launch and manage ambassador programs, forums, campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive community strategy
  • Host AMAs, webinars, and workshops to boost engagement and visibility
  • Monitor sentiment and feedback to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Lead conflict resolution and crisis management within the community
  • Recruit, train, and manage community ambassadors with clear goals and metrics
Requirements
  • 4+ years leading crypto/Web3 communities
  • Deep understanding of blockchain and decentralized systems
  • Proven success scaling communities and engagement campaigns
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Fluent in crypto culture and its evolving narratives
  • Skilled in community platforms, social tools, and data-driven strategies
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and creative problem-solving
  • Empathetic leader who builds resilient, growth-driven teams
