Temporary Data Management Graduate

Temporary 6 Month Contract

We're working with a global corporate manufacturing organisation who have an immediate requirement for a Data Management Graduate to support a large-scale project. This role is offered on a temporary basis estimated to last 6 months. You will be based onsite at the site in Dundee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support an extensive data cleansing exercise

• Input technical and financial data and documentation into the database

• Carry out data quality checks to ensure accuracy

• Work with internal teams to collect required data

• Provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones and progress

• Contribute to the development of improved data management processes and procedures

What we're looking for:

• Degree in a relevant subject such as Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain or similar

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of data

• Confident research, analysis, and information delivery skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including virtual collaboration with global colleagues

• Strong IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM, databases, or ERP systems would be an advantage, although training will be provided
