The Opportunity

You will partner with leaders across multiple regions and be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organisational effectiveness, and ensuring a consistent employee experience globally.

You will coach and empower managers to lead with confidence, lead initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations fostering a culture of high performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with global leadership to provide strategic and operational HR guidance.
  • Develop people plans aligned with business needs and future capability requirements.
  • Lead organisational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives across regions.
  • Use HR analytics and market insights to influence decisions.
  • Champion global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
  • Manage complex, multi‐jurisdiction employee relations cases and ensure global compliance.
  • Support performance management, coaching leaders on effective feedback and development.
  • Oversee global compensation and benefits alignment with the People Director.
  • Maintain compliant, consistent HR policies and governance.
  • Drive talent, succession planning, and long‐term workforce strategies.
  • Deliver initiatives that enhance colleague experience, engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Ensure effective implementation of cyclical HR processes.
  • Identify training needs and partner with Talent Development to design and embed L&D programmes.
  • Provide credible counsel on people‐related risks and governance.
  • Stay ahead of HR trends, legislation, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and colleague experience.

Functional and technical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience across talent management, organisation design, change, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including managing complex multi‐country cases.
  • Excellent understanding of global employment laws and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems with a data‐driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and lead through change in fast-paced environments.
  • High cultural awareness and sensitivity in global contexts.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and business acumen.
  • Experience working in international markets (Europe, APAC, North America) highly desirable.
