Digital Services Manager needed in Rochford Paying £27.24 per hr ref 22401
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the live operation of digital services
- Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, problems and service requests
- Oversee incident, problem and service management activity to ensure timely resolution
- Work with business areas to reduce failure demand
- Use resident and officer feedback to improve digital user experiences
- Ensure services comply with information governance, data protection and security requirements
- Deliver digital and service improvement projects, using appropriate project management approaches
- Manage suppliers, contracts and budgets
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across live digital services
