We’re seeking an experienced ICT Service Manager to lead the management of ICT infrastructure, IaaS systems, SaaS platforms, and digital services. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
---------------------------------------- Key Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science or related field (essential)
- Microsoft 365 certifications and advanced Office skills
- 5 years’ experience with Intune, SharePoint, SaaS platforms, Cisco, Azure, and AD
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Teams telephony, Hyper-V, VMware, and backup/DR solutions
- Proficiency in PowerShell, networking protocols, and ITSM frameworks
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
