Remote Application Lead needed Paying  £212.32 per day ref OR108998

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical management and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Investigate and resolve complex Oracle HCM incidents through to successful resolution.
• Manage system developments, enhancements and configuration changes from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Coordinate and oversee Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, regression testing and essential system maintenance activities.
• Manage and support integrations between feeder systems and Oracle Cloud using the PaaS platform.
• Work collaboratively with third-party support providers to ensure service excellence.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on Oracle Cloud functionality and best practice.
• Ensure change management processes, testing standards and governance procedures are adhered to.
• Build strong relationships with key business users, service managers and external partners.
