Project Administrator Apprentice
Role
- Maintaining information in databases and spreadsheets with up-to-date relevant information, maintaining good attention to detail
- Liaise with stakeholders, learners, and other professionals. This could be via email, phone or in person
- Create reports as and when required
- Provide support with various aspects of early years courses and apprenticeship marketing. This could include social media posts, creating flyers and posters, talking to employers or applicants on the phone and writing case studies
- Assist the Project Lead with reports and general administration tasks
- Carry out other relevant tasks as identified
Training
Business Administrator Apprenticeship, to include:
- Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrator
- Level 2 Knowledge Component
- Functional Skills (as required)
