We’re partnering with a fast-growing women’s health platform on a key commercial hire: Head of Commercial Partnerships.

This is a revenue-driving role .. not a relationship management position.

The business is building a global platform focused on women's health and is looking for a commercially minded operator who can originate, negotiate and close high-value partnerships that drive meaningful revenue growth.

This is a builder role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to create commercial momentum from zero.

What You’ll Be Doing

🚀 Originate new commercial opportunities

  • Build and execute outbound partnership strategy
  • Identify and target high-value partners across key verticals
  • Generate pipeline through cold outreach and strategic prospecting
  • Turn cold conversations into commercial opportunities

🤝 Close revenue-generating partnerships

  • Own the full commercial cycle from first outreach to signed contract
  • Lead negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Structure scalable partnership deals
  • Deliver measurable commercial outcomes

📊 Build a scalable partnerships engine

  • Develop repeatable outbound and deal frameworks
  • Define priority partnership segments
  • Help shape partnerships into a core revenue channel

🎯 Own a commercial number

  • This role carries direct revenue accountability
  • Success is measured on deals closed and revenue generated

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

  • 7–10+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
  • Strong track record of closing revenue-generating deals
  • Proven outbound origination experience
  • High ownership mindset and fast execution
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and startup pace

Nice to have:

  • Experience in HealthTech, FemTech, or digital health
  • Early-stage startup background
  • Experience closing mid- to large-scale commercial partnerships
  • Built or scaled a partnerships function before
