We’re partnering with a fast-growing women’s health platform on a key commercial hire: Head of Commercial Partnerships.
This is a revenue-driving role .. not a relationship management position.
The business is building a global platform focused on women's health and is looking for a commercially minded operator who can originate, negotiate and close high-value partnerships that drive meaningful revenue growth.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to create commercial momentum from zero.
What You’ll Be Doing
🚀 Originate new commercial opportunities
- Build and execute outbound partnership strategy
- Identify and target high-value partners across key verticals
- Generate pipeline through cold outreach and strategic prospecting
- Turn cold conversations into commercial opportunities
🤝 Close revenue-generating partnerships
- Own the full commercial cycle from first outreach to signed contract
- Lead negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Structure scalable partnership deals
- Deliver measurable commercial outcomes
📊 Build a scalable partnerships engine
- Develop repeatable outbound and deal frameworks
- Define priority partnership segments
- Help shape partnerships into a core revenue channel
🎯 Own a commercial number
- This role carries direct revenue accountability
- Success is measured on deals closed and revenue generated
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- 7–10+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
- Strong track record of closing revenue-generating deals
- Proven outbound origination experience
- High ownership mindset and fast execution
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and startup pace
Nice to have:
- Experience in HealthTech, FemTech, or digital health
- Early-stage startup background
- Experience closing mid- to large-scale commercial partnerships
- Built or scaled a partnerships function before
