Head of Software Engineering

Head of Technology & Data | Femtech | Remote (EU)

We're looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking tech leader to shape the future of women's health. In this role, you’ll lead both the technology and data strategy, working with a modern stack (NestJs, React Native, GCP, PostgreSQL) to scale a mobile app.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving tech and data strategy
• Leading and growing the engineering team
• Building scalable infrastructure and secure data systems
• Leveraging data to improve product and user experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost engagement and conversion

About you:

• 5+ years leading tech/data teams in mobile app environments
• Expert in NestJs, React Native (Expo), GCP, PostgreSQL
• Strong grasp of AI, data analytics, governance, and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
• Bonus: Background in digital health, SaaS, or subscription-based products
