## The Role
We're looking for a **Co-Founder β Business Development & Partnerships** to join our founding team. This is not a typical sales roleβit's an opportunity to shape the future of venture capital intelligence through strategic relationships while building significant personal wealth through equity ownership.

## What You'll Do
### Business Development
- Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy from the ground up
- Identify, pursue, and close enterprise deals across VC, private equity, and corporate finance sectors
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
### Strategic Partnerships
- Forge strategic alliances with investment firms, accelerators, and industry associations
- Identify new market opportunities and vertical expansions
- Create partnership frameworks that drive mutual growth
- Build ecosystem relationships with complementary service providers
### Client Relationship Management
- Become the trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their due diligence needs
- Own customer relationships from prospecting through renewal
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and advocacy
### Strategic Contribution
- Feed market insights back to our team to inform product development
- Represent EstiloFlow at industry conferences and events
- Shape pricing and packaging strategies

## What We're Looking For
### Experience & Skills
- **Experienced** of business development or partnership experience, ideally in fintech, AI, or financial services
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience building pipeline from scratch (hunter mentality)
### Network & Relationships
- Strong existing relationships in venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance
- Ability to open doors and get meetings with decision-makers
- Experience managing strategic partnerships
### Personal Attributes
- **Startup Ready**: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and wearing multiple hats
- **Strategic Thinker**: Ability to see beyond individual deals to build long-term revenue strategies

### Performance-Based Model
