## The Role

We're looking for a **Founders Associate** to work directly with the founding team, providing high-level support across operations, strategy, and execution. You'll be a key right-hand to the founders, helping to scale the company while gaining intimate exposure to venture building at the highest level.

## What You'll Do

### Founder Support

- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

### Operational Excellence

- Support execution of strategic initiatives across departments

- Help implement and refine operational workflows

- Track key metrics and prepare performance reports

- Assist with client escalation and special projects

- Conduct research & update social media

### Strategic Contributions

- Participate in strategy discussions and planning sessions

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis

- Assist with fundraising activities and investor relations

- Help prepare board materials and investor updates

### Special Projects

- Lead cross-functional initiatives as assigned

- Support M&A activities and partnership discussions

- Assist with talent acquisition and team building

- Handle ad-hoc projects requiring founder-level attention

## What We're Looking For

### Experience & Skills

- **2-5 years** in high-performance environments (consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or similar)

- Experience supporting C-level executives or founders

- Strong project management and organizational abilities

## Compensation Structure

- **Revenue Share & No base Salary**: Percentage of revenue from projects you directly support

- **Performance Bonuses**: Quarterly bonuses tied to company and individual performance

### Equity & Ownership

- **Equity Stake**: Meaningful ownership stake (smaller than co-founder roles)

- **Vesting Schedule**: 24-month cliff with monthly vesting thereafter
