Senior Frontend Developer
Front End Engineer (London - Onsite)
We are recruiting for a Series A startup that's solving one of the harder problems in enterprise AI. The gap between generic models and company-specific processes. They build AI agents that learn how operations actually run, then run them.
They're looking for a front end engineer. TypeScript and React.
You'd be early. Like, shape-the-engineering-culture early. Pick the tools, set the patterns, build the foundations. No ticket queue. No PM handing you tasks. You own problems end to end, whiteboard to production.
The team treats velocity and quality as the same thing, not a tradeoff. They'd rather build something right than ship something fragile.
What the day looks like:
Build a component library in the morning. Pair with a designer after lunch. Trace a bug into the API layer before you log off. It's a frontend role, but you understand the whole system.
What they want:
Min 3+ years building software with TypeScript that's well-modeled, well-typed, well-documented (strong typing feels like a superpower to you, not a chore), You've built libraries, SDKs, or internal tooling that made other devs' lives easier, and you liked doing it. Good visual judgment. You don't need "designer" in your title to care about how things look and feel, Greenfield work excites you. Your decisions compound over time
Next.js experience is a bonus.
CS degree is not required.
If this sounds like your kind of thing, please apply.
