Digital Transformation Analyst

We're recruiting for a newly created Digital Transformation Analyst position with a growing business that is investing in its people, systems and future. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, implement smarter ways of working and help drive digital transformation across the organisation.

You'll act as the link between technology and the business, understanding operational challenges and delivering practical digital solutions that make a real difference.

The Role

Working across Finance, Operations, Production and Sales, you will:

  • Review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Develop automated workflows and enhance document management.
  • Create dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI.
  • Deliver training and support colleagues in adopting new technologies.
  • Champion continuous improvement and digital change across the business.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and working with people across the business.

Ideally you'll have experience with:

  • Digital transformation, business analysis or process improvement.
  • Microsoft 365 and workflow automation tools.
  • Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
  • Stakeholder engagement and user training.
  • Driving change and improving the adoption of new technologies.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering or another regulated environment would be beneficial but isn't essential.
