Lead Order Management & Assurance Coordinator

Our award winning & market leading technology client is looking to hire a new Lead Order Management & Assurance Coordinator

Milton Keynes | Up to £35,000 per annum + Benefits | Full-time | Hybrid

Taking control of the order journey—and make sure every successful delivery becomes accurately protected revenue, this is a stand out opportunity to join an exciting and growth driven business.

Ethos Talent is partnering exclusively with this dynamic, high-growth technology business with an impressive track record and ambitious plans for continued expansion.

This is a business that genuinely champions its people. Its culture is built around collaboration, shared success, innovation and giving employees the opportunity to make a visible impact.

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Order Management & Revenue Assurance Coordinator to take ownership of customer orders from operational acceptance through to successful delivery and billing.

Sitting at the heart of the operation, you will connect Sales, Operations, Engineering Delivery, Customer Service, technical teams, suppliers and Finance—ensuring every order is accurate, commercially sound and delivered efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves detail, enjoys solving problems and takes real satisfaction from keeping customers, colleagues and revenue moving in the right direction.

The role

You will act as the central control point for customer orders, ensuring they are complete, accurate and ready to progress. Once accepted, you will retain ownership through delivery, handover and billing readiness, proactively resolving anything that could cause delay, confusion or lost revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing customer orders for accurate products, pricing, contract terms, billing frequencies, credit requirements and supporting documentation.
  • Accepting complete orders into Operations or returning incomplete submissions with clear corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate order statuses, notes, dependencies and target dates.
  • Coordinating activity across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Identifying and escalating delayed, blocked or commercially at-risk orders.
  • Processing straightforward connectivity and usage-related orders.
  • Managing quotes within ConnectWise CPQ and supporting Sales with accurate product, service, pricing and customer information.

Revenue assurance

A key part of your role will be ensuring that every completed service is billed accurately and on time.

You will:

  • Confirm that recurring, one-off, installation and additional charges are captured correctly.
  • Validate billing start dates, credits, discounts and promotional periods against agreed commercial terms.
  • Identify completed but unbilled services and drive discrepancies through to resolution.
  • Reconcile customer contracts, operational records, supplier invoices and customer billing.
  • Investigate duplicated, unmatched, incorrectly priced or post-cancellation supplier charges.
  • Coordinate supplier disputes and track credits through to completion.
  • Report on revenue recovered, supplier costs avoided, credits received and outstanding discrepancies.

Improving processes and data

You will also help strengthen the systems and processes that support future growth by:

  • Maintaining practical order-management controls, procedures and checklists.
  • Identifying recurring errors and providing constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • Supporting improvements to ConnectWise workflows, mandatory fields, reporting and automation.
  • Helping to maintain accurate product descriptions, supplier costs and customer charges.
  • Supporting new product launches by helping define operational, delivery and billing processes.
  • Identifying practical ways to reduce errors, delays and unnecessary manual administration.

What we’re after

You may already have experience in order management, billing, revenue assurance, sales operations, finance administration or another detail-focused commercial role.

More importantly, you will bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify missing, inconsistent or commercially risky information.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple orders, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Clear and confident communication, including the ability to challenge inaccurate or incomplete information constructively.
  • An investigative mindset and the determination to uncover root causes.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how errors, delays and missed billing affect revenue and margin.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems, spreadsheets and detailed service records.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Operations, Technical and Finance teams.
  • A genuine sense of ownership and a commitment to seeing actions through to completion.

Experience that would be particularly valuable

Exposure to any of the following would be advantageous, although not essential:

  • Telecommunications, connectivity, managed services or another recurring-revenue environment.
  • ConnectWise or a comparable CRM, PSA or order-management platform.
  • ConnectWise CPQ/Sell or another configure-price-quote system.
  • Reconciling supplier invoices against customer billing or service inventories.
  • Credit control, recurring billing, cancellations or supplier disputes.
  • Excel, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation techniques.

This is much more than an administrative coordination role. Your work will directly influence customer delivery, operational efficiency, revenue protection and business performance.

You will join a progressive, people-focused organisation at an exciting stage of its growth—one that encourages fresh ideas, recognises individual contribution and believes success should be shared.

If you are commercially switched on, naturally thorough and enjoy bringing order, accuracy and momentum to a fast-moving environment, we would love to hear from you.
