Expert Opportunity - Software Engineer ($150/hr up to $3k/week)

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced software engineers who can help train their latest language model on software engineering tasks. We're looking for engineers with 5+ years of experience at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core engineering workflows — system design, code review, debugging, architecture decisions, and technical documentation.

Compensation: $150/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $3,000/week)

Location: Fully remote — work on your own schedule

Start date: End of February / Start of March

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience at a top company
• Strong expertise in system design, data structures, algorithms, and production-grade code
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
