Head of People

Location: Proximity to Watford (hybrid, 3 days per week)

Our global client is a PE backed, technology business looking to hire a Head of People to transform their people function and support the growth of the organisation as they continue on an exciting growth journey across Europe and the US. This person will lead and develop a small team as they shift from a transactional, reactive HR administration function to a true business partnering model. It's an exciting time to join a business at the start of their latest investment cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a good breadth of experience driving strategic HR in an international, growing business. This role could suit someone currently in an HR leadership role in a small business, a focus on M&A activity would be particularly interesting. The Head of People may be in a PE backed environment currently or could be a could be an HR Leader looking to make a move into a PE backed business.

The business is headquartered in Hertfordshire and the Head of People will need to be in the office 3 days per week. There may also be a little European travel.
