Meet Eunice

We are not putting a thin AI layer on existing processes. We are rebuilding from first principles.

The Role

• We’re hiring a Digital Asset Research Lead to own the quality, depth, and credibility of Eunice’s digital asset intelligence.
• You’ll report directly to our CTO and sit at the intersection of research, data, and product. Your mission: ensure that every piece of research Eunice produces - whether generated by AI or by your team - meets the standard that institutions trust enough to act on.
• This is a high-ownership, high-consequence role. You won’t just review what the AI produces - you’ll challenge it, refine it, and set the bar. In a world where anyone can generate a surface-level analysis with AI, your domain expertise and quality obsession are the moat.
• If you want a neat playbook and someone telling you what to do, you won’t like it here. If you want the opposite - the autonomy to define excellence, direct access to clients, and a straight line between your work this week and the product’s accuracy next week - this is as good as it gets.

What You’ll Do

Research & Due Diligence

• Produce and oversee institutional-grade analysis reports covering tokenomics, staking/burn mechanisms, legal and compliance risk, on-chain signals, and market structure.
• Design and customise due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and risk frameworks tailored to each client’s appetite and regulatory context.
• Present research findings with authority- internally to product and engineering, externally to clients and prospects - demonstrating genuine domain expertise.

On-Chain Data & Signals

• Build meaningful metrics and signals using data from Allium / Dune Analytics or equivalent platforms.
• Develop efficient queries/algorithms for capturing various on-chain events, run rigorous backtesting directly on our AI and data platform.

Credibility & Thought Leadership

• Stay obsessively close to the market - regulatory shifts, protocol upgrades, emerging asset classes - and translate them into high-quality research content.
• Build Eunice’s external credibility through published insights that the industry reads and trusts.

Team & Quality Leadership

• Lead a small research team, setting the quality bar and delivery cadence.
• In the AI era, be the person who looks at every output with a healthy dose of doubt - ensuring the final product is something an institution can stake its reputation on.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Demonstrated digital asset research experience - a portfolio of analysis reports covering different asset types and dimensions (legal, compliance, tokenomics, on-chain, staking mechanisms).
• Hands-on crypto data skills - proven experience building dashboards, metrics, or signals on Dune or similar platforms, including writing SQL.
• An ownership mindset - you treat the output as yours, not the AI’s. You care enough to question, refine, and defend every conclusion.
• Quality obsession - in a world where AI makes “good enough” easy, you’re the person who insists on excellence.
• Excellent communication - you can explain complex ideas clearly to both technical teams and senior external stakeholders.
• Experience leading a team - even a small one. You know how to set standards, track delivery, and bring out the best in people.
