We're growing our Technology Recruitment teams and are looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants who want to build a successful desk, win new business, develop strong client relationships and maximise their earning potential.

If you're already an established recruiter and want more autonomy, progression and opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll take ownership of your own specialist market and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new business through to successful placement.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and developing long term client relationships
• Winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer and placement
• Sourcing, attracting and engaging high quality Technology professionals
• Providing clients with market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice
• Negotiating offers and managing the process through to completion
• Building your own specialist market, network and personal brand
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to maximise opportunities

Which Markets Could You Work In?

We recruit across a broad range of Technology markets, including:

Software Engineering | Cloud | Data | Infrastructure | SAP | Microsoft Dynamics | ERP | Product & Digital

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Experience recruiting within IT, Technology, Digital, Engineering, ERP or another specialist market
• A strong track record of business development and client relationship management
• Confidence winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
• A driven, resilient and commercially minded approach
• The ambition to build your own market and progress your career
