Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager - Chelmsford / London
Eurobase People is entering an exciting new growth phase, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us take it to the next level.
This role will focus on winning new business and creating opportunities for both our delivery teams and 360 consultants across the floor. You’ll work closely with our Partner Excellence team and wider recruitment teams to identify, open, and develop new client partnerships across the UK and European tech markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either:
- A senior 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to focus purely on BD
- A proven Business Development professional (ideally in Tech, but open to other sectors)
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify, target, and win new client partnerships across the UK and European tech markets
- Generate new business opportunities for both delivery and 360 recruitment teams
- Work closely with the Partner Excellence team and wider recruitment floor to support client growth
- Research and map prospective clients, building a strong BD pipeline
- Represent the Eurobase brand in the market, positioning us as a trusted tech recruitment partner
- Build and nurture long term client relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to attract new clients
- Meet clients face to face to introduce our services and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Support the Sales & Operations Director and contribute to the wider sales strategy
- Share market insights and opportunities across the business
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years recruitment BD experience, either as a 360 consultant or dedicated BD specialist
- Ideally experience within Tech / IT recruitment
- A strong commercial mindset and passion for winning new business
- Confidence in outbound BD, pitching and building relationships
- A natural communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by growth
