Lay out the deployment area - including computers, pens, paperwork, signs, etc. every morning and clean it up every evening
Distribute computers to customers and ask for questions
Ensure that we have a log of which computer went to which person (it may change, if a computer fails out before they leave)
Be prepared to answer questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the new computer
Provide basic computer assistance as much as they are able for the transition.
Track the days deployments
Wrap up at end of day - make sure all equipment is locked up, all asset information is captured, all old equipment is accounted for, etc.
