SC Cleared Support Analyst

My client are an IT consultancy specialising in all things IT support, they are currently working with a government body, looking for an SC cleared analyst.

1 year contract

Pay - £25.15 (inside/umbrella)

Full time on site in Bristol

This role requires SC clearance please do not apply if you do not hold active SC.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tech 3 Engineer to join our team at the Rolls-Royce site in Bristol. This is a full-time, onsite position working within a small, collaborative team to provide day-to-day (BAU) support for incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote support for end-user incidents and service requests.

Perform remote software installations and troubleshooting.

Participate in an onsite at RR Filton walk-up Tech Bar support service three days per week, assisting Rolls-Royce users with technical issues in person.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
