Overview
We are supporting a major UK transformation programme and are looking for experienced Workday Finance Consultants to join a large-scale delivery team on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong view to extension.
This is a fully remote opportunity suited to Workday professionals with strong Finance, data and reporting experience, particularly those with hands-on Workday Prism Analytics expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration and delivery of Workday Finance solutions.
- Work across data-related activities including data analysis, transformation, integration and reporting.
- Use Workday Prism Analytics to support data and analytics requirements across the programme.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
- Support testing, troubleshooting and resolution of Workday Finance issues.
- Contribute to data quality, governance and validation activities.
- Produce documentation and support knowledge transfer across the delivery team.
- Work as part of a large, collaborative Workday transformation programme.
Essential Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Finance.
- Proven experience working with data within Workday environments.
- Workday certification.
- Strong Workday Prism Analytics experience.
- Experience delivering Workday solutions within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Active SC Clearance or eligible for SC, with no clearance lapse exceeding 12 months.
Desirable Experience
- Workday Extend experience.
- Experience with integrations and broader Workday technical capabilities.
- Experience working on large public sector or complex enterprise transformation programmes.
Prism experience is more important than Extend for this requirement.
