We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic business change projects across our Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain operations.
As Project Manager, you will lead a diverse range of initiatives including operational technology implementations, process improvement programmes, site renovations, and asset modernisation projects. Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery from concept through to implementation.

WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS DO:
- Lead and deliver business change projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
- Develop project plans, manage resources, dependencies, risks, and budgets
- Drive operational readiness and implementation activities
- Provide clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate decision-making and manage cross-functional delivery teams
- Track project benefits and ensure successful transition into business operations
- Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement activities
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PROJECT MANAGERS:
- Proven experience delivering business change within ERP, supply chain and manufacturing environments
- Track record of managing complex programmes and projects in operational settings
- Experience across warehousing, distribution, transport or multi-site operations- could be an advantage
- Strong planning, budget, risk, dependency and supplier management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Skilled in project governance, reporting and benefits realisation
