We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join a team driving large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation initiatives.

The responsibilities of this role include the following areas of expertise:

  • Deep understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules and workflows
  • Strong grasp of end-to-end recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in HCM platforms (preferred)
