CPU Architect (Cambridge)

We've partnered with a leading global technology company specializing in telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics, and advanced R&D across areas like 5G, artificial intelligence, and optoelectronics.

We're currently looking to hire CPU Architects to join their growing team in Cambridge . This role focuses on analyzing and benchmarking cutting-edge CPU architectures, contributing to the product roadmap, and collaborating closely with engineers and architects to deliver high-performance solutions that meet client needs.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in CPU instruction set architectures (e.g., Arm, RISC-V)
• Strong understanding of general-purpose CPU micro-architecture, including pipelining, out-of-order execution, and caches
• Expertise in data analysis and software development (Assembly, C/C++, Python, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in cross-geographical, collaborative environments
• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience with SoC bring-up, benchmarking, and performance analysis
• Knowledge of general-purpose memory subsystems and operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
