Senior CPU Verification Engineer
Join a high-impact technology organization where engineering excellence, innovation, and collaboration come together to build some of the world’s most advanced computing platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of processor development, contributing to products that power everything from high-performance computing to ultra-low-power devices and next-generation wearables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the validation of complex CPU and SoC micro-architectures, partnering closely with architecture teams to translate design concepts into comprehensive verification strategies
- Design and maintain robust, scalable verification environments and methodologies, including testbenches, coverage models, assertions, and automated regression systems
- Own verification execution for assigned design domains — from early bring-up through full feature closure — while tracking progress using coverage metrics and defect analysis
- Drive technical quality through deep debug, continuous improvement of verification processes, and knowledge sharing within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in processor verification with strong expertise across core architectural domains such as memory systems, speculative execution, branch prediction, cache coherence, and address translation.
- Proven background in developing reusable verification frameworks, test plans, transactors, and low-level test content, including assembly-level testing.
- Demonstrated leadership of small verification teams and the ability to independently own complex design blocks.
- Strong familiarity with modern verification tools and advanced techniques such as formal verification, assertion-based validation, and post-silicon bring-up.
- Must be open to working onsite 5 days per week.
