1st Line Service Desk Support – Manchester / Hybrid working Our client, a Global Professional Services firm with an International workforce of over 5,500, is looking to add to their IT Service Desk Support Team based in Manchester. Offering phone, email and chat technology support to staff at all levels you will work as part of a fast paced, talented Global Support Team.In addition to resolving and troubleshooting issues directly you will also support users in identifying and resolving issues themselves and have the opportunity of testing new software applications and looking to and reporting improvements required. They are looking to someone with a genuine interest in technology, confident in working in a windows environment. It is essential is that you have exceptional communication skills and proven customer service skills. They are looking to an individual that is proud to show and act on initiative and experienced in working within a Team environment. Training opportunities will be offered to the successful candidate, and you will be offered mentoring and support from the wider Team. The hours and days of work are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. There is a requirement to be onsite 3 days a week after the initial onboarding and training period.Apply NOW if you can illustrate:
