CRM Developer - Dynamics

Senior CRM Dynamics Developer  Remote (UK-based) |  6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 - We're working with a market-leading organisation that's undergoing a major CRM transformation — and we're looking for a Senior CRM Dynamics Developer to lead the charge. This is a fully remote opportunity for a seasoned contractor to join a cloud-native environment (no legacy infrastructure!) and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 and later versions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom components to enhance system functionality.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and support data migration efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a CRM Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with CRM plugins, workflows, and custom development.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture — no on-premises systems involved.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
