Head of Growth - AI Learning & Workforce Transformation A high-growth, purpose-led learning & training business is hiring a Head of Growth (suitable for a Sales Director / Head of Sales type) to lead its next phase of commercial scale.
- London (Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office ideally)
- £75-100k, £15-30k commission/bonus, EMI / Share Options

THE ROLE - You’ll own and evolve the growth engine across sales, marketing and product:
- Define and execute a scalable GTM strategy
- Build and optimise enterprise pipeline
- Align product, marketing and commercial teams around growth, initially line managing 3-4 people
- Drive revenue performance and forecasting accuracy
- Shape a high-performing, inclusive growth culture
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience in growth, revenue and/or commercial leadership (Learning / LMS / LXP, future skills, workforce transformation preferred)
- Experienced in scale-up environments, reporting directly to a CEO
- Track record of building pipeline and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (Tech, L&D, HR, CSR), ideally with global / international reach
- Data-led, collaborative and customer-centric approach
