The Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to grow our UK client base. You'll be the frontline of our commercial engine — identifying opportunities, nurturing prospects, and playing an active role in closing deals alongside our leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Prospect & Generate Leads — Research and target businesses that can benefit from our tech services across mobile, AI, cloud, and enterprise software
- Outreach & Qualification — Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Presales Support — Assist in scoping conversations, preparing tailored proposals, and creating compelling pitch decks and documentation
- Deal Support — Collaborate directly with the founder/leadership during discovery and closing stages
- Pipeline Management — Keep CRM up to date, track activity, and report on pipeline progress weekly
What We're Looking For
- B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in tech, software, or digital services
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and on video calls
- Comfortable engaging with mid-market and enterprise-level stakeholders
- Experience supporting proposals or presales documentation is a strong plus
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
