The Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to grow our UK client base. You'll be the frontline of our commercial engine — identifying opportunities, nurturing prospects, and playing an active role in closing deals alongside our leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect & Generate Leads — Research and target businesses that can benefit from our tech services across mobile, AI, cloud, and enterprise software
  • Outreach & Qualification — Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Presales Support — Assist in scoping conversations, preparing tailored proposals, and creating compelling pitch decks and documentation
  • Deal Support — Collaborate directly with the founder/leadership during discovery and closing stages
  • Pipeline Management — Keep CRM up to date, track activity, and report on pipeline progress weekly

What We're Looking For

  • B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in tech, software, or digital services
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and on video calls
  • Comfortable engaging with mid-market and enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Experience supporting proposals or presales documentation is a strong plus
  • Self-starter mentality — comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
