The AUTOSAR Base Software Architect will:
- Define, maintain, and govern the AUTOSAR Classic Base Software architecture across ECU platforms.
- Configure and integrate core BSW modules including MCAL, OS, COM stack, Diagnostics, NVM, and memory services.
- Lead technical reviews, architecture discussions, and design decisions across the organisation.
- Support ECU bring‑up, troubleshooting, and integration with application software on target hardware.
- Architect high‑speed control CDDs for e‑mobility applications, ensuring deterministic real‑time performance.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and internal software development processes.
The AUTOSAR Base Software Architect will have:
- Strong experience in AUTOSAR Classic BSW architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Deep understanding of embedded real‑time systems, microcontrollers, and automotive ECU environments.
- Proven ability to integrate high‑speed control algorithms via AUTOSAR Classic CDDs.
- Expertise in timing behaviour: ISR design, scheduling, jitter control, CPU load analysis, and optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of motor‑control‑critical peripherals (PWM, ADC, DMA, timers, sensors, encoders).
- Clear communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
