The Low Voltage Battery Engineer will support the inspection, testing, repair and safe processing of lithium-ion battery systems, helping to maximise the value and lifecycle of battery technologies across a variety of applications. Working on-site and at customer locations, you will provide hands-on engineering support across battery diagnostics, maintenance, disassembly and technical operations.

The Low Voltage Battery Engineer will:
- Test, inspect and diagnose lithium-ion batteries, modules and associated electrical systems.
- Carry out electrical fault-finding, troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Support battery pack and module disassembly in line with safe working procedures.
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on battery-related equipment.
- Assist with Battery Management System (BMS) diagnostics and assessments.
- Support customer projects, technical assessments and field-based engineering activities.
- Maintain accurate records of testing, repairs and technical work completed.
The Low Voltage Battery Engineer will have:
- Experience in an electrical, battery, automotive or engineering-focused role.
- Good understanding of low-voltage DC electrical systems and components.
- Experience using electrical test and diagnostic equipment.
- The ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, battery packs or energy storage systems.
- Awareness of electrical safety and isolation procedures.
