We’re working with a fast-growing consulting platform focused on AI-driven process optimisation and automation across mid-market and enterprise clients. They’re not looking for generic “IT consultants.” They want people who can walk into a business, identify inefficiencies, and build solutions that actually get deployed.

Core focus areas include:

• Workflow automation (internal ops, finance, customer processes)
• AI implementation (chatbots, document processing, data extraction)
• Systems integration across fragmented tech stacks

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients (logistics, automotive, services) to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Design and implement solutions across:
• Email & workflow automation
• CRM / ERP integrations
• Chatbots (customer support, booking, onboarding)
• Data scraping and processing pipelines
• Translate business problems into technical, scalable solutions
• Own delivery end-to-end (not just slides — actual execution)
• Collaborate with developers / low-code tools where needed

Qualifications

2–8 years experience in:

• IT Consulting / Digital Transformation
• Automation / AI implementation
• Solutions engineering or similar

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Zapier / Make / UiPath / Power Automate
• Python / APIs / data workflows
• CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong bias toward execution (not just advisory)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, automotive, or operations-heavy industries
• Exposure to AI tools (LLMs, OCR, document automation)
• Startup or fast-paced environment background
