We’re hiring a 0→1 Founding Product Growth Manager. You’ll own growth end-to-end, including product, distribution, storytelling, and work directly with the Founder to take Evergive from early traction to category-defining.

  • Consolidate early PMF
  • Build a growth engine from scratch, and make it scale
  • Turn product into distribution (viral loops, referrals, sharing mechanics)
  • Create traction without paid spend
  • Shape the product itself to drive growth
  • Craft narratives people actually share
  • Run fast, high-volume experiments and double down on what works

📍 Location

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Screening call with People team (virtual, 30 min) - Share your story, ask questions about the role, and learn about our business and next steps.
  • Meet our CEO and Founder (virtual, 45 min) - Come ready to talk about what you've built, how you think about growth, and why this mission matters to you.
  • Technical task + competency interview (virtual, 1 hr) - You'll solve a real Evergive growth challenge and walk us through your experimentation framework, channel strategy, and how you would measure success.
  • Culture & values fit interview (in person, London, 1.5 hrs) - We'll dig into how you work, what drives you, and whether we're the right team for each other. Meet the wider team and experience our culture firsthand.

Where appropriate, Evergive may request a brief (fully paid) trial period of up to 5 days, before making a formal offer. This trial period will focus on working on a specific task together with the Evergive team. It provides a chance for both parties to further assess culture fit before committing.
