We’re looking for a junior developer with a backend focus to help us build systems, automate processes, and develop AI-driven tools used by real businesses.

This is a hands-on role — working across two growing businesses, building practical solutions from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Build backend logic for internal tools and web applications
• Work with APIs to connect systems and automate workflows
• Handle data processing, integrations, and system flows
• Support development of AI-powered features and services
• Turn ideas into working, scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in backend development
• Comfortable with logic, data, and problem-solving
• Basic experience with a backend language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Curious, proactive, and able to learn quickly
• Practical mindset — you like building things that work

Exposure To

• APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
• AI tools and LLMs (OpenAI and similar)
• Automation tools and backend workflows
• Cloud environments and deployment basics
