Director of Change & Integration

Everywhen is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation — and we’re looking for a proven change leader to help shape what comes next. As our Director of Change & Integration, you will sit at the heart of a complex, multi-business segment, accountable for the end-to-end delivery of business and technology change that drives strategic impact across the group.

This is a senior, certified person role with significant visibility and influence. You will work closely with segment CEOs, functional leaders and a broad community of colleagues to ensure that investment, prioritisation and delivery are aligned to our strategic objectives — enabling growth, resilience, efficiency and value creation across Everywhen.

Whilst this is a home based opportunity, this role will require travel to our offices around the UK as per project demands.

What you’ll lead

  • Ownership of the full change portfolio — ensuring all business and technology change is aligned to strategy, delivers measurable outcomes and represents effective use of investment.

  • Segment-wide change governance — including portfolio planning, prioritisation, sequencing, dependency management and benefit realisation.

  • A multi-million-pound investment envelope — balancing competing priorities, allocating resources and ensuring delivery plans are realistic and achievable.

  • Successful delivery of programmes and projects — providing single-point accountability for delivery to time, cost, quality and risk expectations.

  • A high-performing PMO and project management community — embedding consistent standards, controls, reporting and assurance across all change activity.

  • Integration of acquired businesses — coordinating business and technology change, managing transitional services and ensuring timely stabilisation and alignment to the Everywhen operating model.

  • Business separations and divestments — ensuring orderly execution, protection of value and effective management of operational, technology and regulatory dependencies.

  • Trusted advisory to senior leaders — offering insight, challenge and recommendations on delivery risk, capacity, sequencing and investment trade-offs.

  • A strong, outcome-driven change culture — promoting accountability, pace and disciplined delivery while minimising disruption to day-to-day operations.

What you will bring

  • Senior leadership experience delivering large-scale business and technology change in complex or regulated environments.

  • Proven success managing multi-million-pound change portfolios with strong governance, prioritisation and benefits realisation.

  • Expertise in portfolio governance, PMO leadership and assurance, plus hands-on M&A integration and separation experience.

  • Strong commercial, financial and regulatory awareness, with the confidence to advise and influence at executive level.

Who we are looking for

  • Strategic Delivery Leadership: Able to lead large-scale change with clarity, pace and disciplined execution, balancing outcomes with governance and operational stability.

  • Executive Influence & Stakeholder Alignment: Credible, confident leader who can engage, challenge and align senior stakeholders across a federated organisation.

  • Commercial & Analytical Judgement: Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability, making sound decisions, managing risk and protecting value through complex change.

  • Resilient, Clear Communicator: Calm under pressure, adaptable in fast-moving environments and able to communicate complex issues simply and effectively to all audiences.

In return you will be welcomed and supported by our Ardonagh family joining an organisation that cares about you as a person and your wellbeing. Some of the other benefits are:

  • Holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service

  • 35 hour working week

  • Opportunity to progress your career across the entire Ardonagh family

  • Award-winning learning & development offering and support to obtain professional qualifications to enhance your knowledge and career prospects

  • Pension scheme for when you feel it’s time to retire

  • 24-hour Employee Assistance support for you and your family’s physical and mental wellbeing

  • Corporate perks such as discounted gym memberships, cinema tickets, shopping, Eyecare vouchers, cycle to work and much more

  • One day paid volunteering to give back to our communities

  • Ardonagh Community Trust (ACT) - raising funds for charity with donation matching in your local Community

  • The Spotlight Awards, where we celebrate the best of the Ardonagh Group and all the bright talent across our business.

We offer genuine potential for both personal and professional development, come and be part of our story and help us shape our future. So, what are you waiting for? Apply today and one of our team will be in touch.
