Join a growing national Marketing Team where your creativity, technical skill, and ideas genuinely shape the work.

At Everywhen, we’re evolving fast — and our Marketing function is right at the heart of that growth. We’re looking for a talented WordPress Developer to help us deliver high-quality, high-impact websites for members of the Bravo Networks, our service-led community supporting brokers with tools, expertise and growth opportunities.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of designing, building and maintaining attractive, functional WordPress sites — from front-end styling to back-end architecture. Your work will directly support our members’ marketing activity and help elevate their digital presence.

  • Website development — Build responsive, user-friendly sites using WordPress themes, plugins and custom functionality.

  • Website maintenance – ongoing development and improvements of existing member websites, domain name servers, DNS records and IP addresses to support domain configuration and troubleshooting and web security measures.

  • Technical ownership — Manage integrations, databases, security updates and performance optimisation, effectively increasing web speed and using best practice technique.

  • Creative problem-solving — Interpret briefs, troubleshoot issues and ensure every site meets design and functionality goals.

  • Training & support — Equip marketing colleagues with the skills to make simple CMS updates.

  • Performance monitoring — Track KPIs and ensure sites run smoothly.

This role is remote-first, with optional hybrid working from one of our UK offices and occasional travel for meetings.

What you’ll bring

You’re an experienced WordPress Developer with a strong eye for design, solid technical foundations and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Core programming language — HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP language

  • Version control — Git, Mercurial or SVN

  • Debugging skills — Chrome Inspector, Firebug and advanced debugging skills using browser developer tools including console, network, elements and performance panels

  • Compliance awareness — Cookies and website standards

  • Strong understanding of website architecture, UX and aesthetics

  • Experience delivering high-quality work in a large, complex, virtual team

  • Experience using Advanced custom fields (ACF) for custom posts

  • Experience using hosting control panels, managing environments and installing SSL certificates

  • Experience working with complex Contact Form 7 (CF7) setups
