We are looking for an experienced profile to support the Group Chief Information Officer, in managing & delivering global technology change, together with the rolling-out of AI.

Base range £320k to £350k pa with benefits & remote working EMEA.

This appointment - sits within a well-known & reputable brand.

It forms part of a succession plan and desire to drive growth in 2026.

Sitting within a diversified business: manufacturing, retail, managed BPO.

Tasks to be managed are: Digital Transformation, Planning, Delivery & Operational Change. Implementation of AI for Competitive Advantage (WBS approach to AI).

Profiles will have an appreciation of climate change, AI, and tech-driven business model benefits – and as part of an ESG initiative - will establish a green ROI metric for technology & AI implementation change.

Establishing Board Level Critical Management Metrics:

return on digital investment spend & loss avoidance

establishing budget spend on market leading digital initiatives (buy build)

management of time invested in developing new digital apps

acquisition & development of technical talent, promotion, and retention

engagement with BU leaders & developing performance related incentives

Desired in sector experience: Manufacturing, FS, Retail, Technology, Pharma.
