Evidence Matters Ltd is an independent digital forensics service provider, established in 1996, primarily undertaking work for criminal defence teams and the family courts. Evidence Matters Ltd specialise in delivering 'plain English, jargon-free' reports for digital forensics, social media and cell site analysis.
Role Description
This is a full-time office based role located in Milton Keynes (no remote working option). As a Digital Forensics Examiner, your primary responsibility will be to perform forensic analysis on computers, mobile phones and other digital devices. You will work closely with our established team to gather evidence from devices, analyse data, review cases and generate accurate reports.
Requirements
- Experience in digital forensics; computers and/or mobile devices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of relevant forensic tools and software
- Keen interest in current and developing technology
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Formal industry qualifications (XRY, Cellebrite, Encase, X-Ways etc) desirable, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence
- UK Resident with proof of right to work
- Enhanced Security Vetting with Counter Terrorism Checks mandatory
