  • Prepare accurate weekly status reports, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and actions logs

Governance & Reporting

  • Own PMO cadence: weekly workstream updates, steering packs, and exec readouts
  • Ensure programme governance requirements are followed (stage gates, approvals, documentation)
  • Collate materials for SteerCo, Separation Committee, and PE sponsor updates
  • Highlight slippage, risks, and emerging issues early with clear recommendations

Stakeholder & Workstream Coordination

Act as coordination point between IT workstream leads, separation advisors, and the parent company

Support management of TSAs: milestones, exit timing, and readiness tracking

Drive follow‐ups, unblock actions, and ensure accountability across teams

Support cross‐functional alignment with Finance, Legal, HR, and Ops as required

Required Experience

Essential

  • 2–5 years experience in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery Support roles
  • Exposure to technology transformation, ERP, infrastructure, or digital programmes

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Highly Desirable

  • Exposure to carve‐outs, separations, TSA exits, or M&A integrations
  • Experience in PE‐backed or sponsor‐led environments
  • Prior work alongside external advisors (Big 4, IT separation specialists)
  • Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery models

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organised, structured, and detail‐oriented
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders despite junior title
  • Proactive, persistent, and comfortable chasing actions and decisions
