We are seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Delivery Lead to help shape and deliver a brand new global operating model within a leading professional services firm. This is a rare opportunity to influence how their global Business Development & Marketing teams support their fee earners, shift to a service based structure, and adopt a new generation of data and knowledge sharing tools.
Central to this transformation is the implementation of the knowledge management platform ‘Foundation’. Experience implementing Litera Foundation is highly desirable, but we are also open to programme leaders who have successfully delivered other major technology platforms such as CRM or ERP solutions.
Candidates with a background in professional services will be particularly well suited to this role.
Responsibilities
Working closely with senior leadership and programme teams, you will:
- Drive delivery of the Target Operating Model (TOM) across people, process, data and technology.
- Lead the implementation of ‘Foundation’
- Translate TOM and data strategy designs into clear, sequenced delivery plans with defined outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks early covering adoption, readiness, data quality and decision delays.
- Maintain strong discipline around scope control and design integrity.
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks and delivery confidence.
- Govern end to end programme delivery, including integrated planning, RAID management, decision logging and escalations.
- Coordinate global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent TOM execution.
- Deliver streamlined, service based processes that reduce duplication and strengthen support for fee earners.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes in large, global organisations.
- Strong understanding of Target Operating Model design and implementation.
- Background in legal or professional services is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in programme governance, RAID management and cross functional dependency tracking.
- Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Experience implementing Foundation or other enterprise technology
- Ability to navigate dynamic environments with strong prioritisation, roadmap management and change delivery skills.
