Evolve ERP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Master Data Lead who will own the governance, accuracy, and optimization of HR master data. You'll be the Workday expert ensuring data is reliable, secure, compliant, and powering smarter decision-making across the business.

What You'll Do

• Set and enforce HR data governance standards.
• Maintain high-quality, consistent HR master data across all systems.
• Lead Workday HCM Core, org structures, job profiles, security, and position management.
• Streamline data processes with HR, Payroll, Talent, Finance, and IT.
• Manage Workday releases, testing, integrations, and data migrations.
• Ensure global compliance (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
• Deliver dashboards, insights, and data quality KPIs.
• Support HR tech projects, restructures, and M&A.
• Train global HR teams and guide best practices.

About You

Detail-driven, analytical, collaborative, and confident navigating complex data. You protect confidentiality, lead change, solve problems, and think strategically.

What You Bring

• Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years' HRIS/data management experience with strong Workday expertise.
• Proven data governance and reporting capability.
• Expertise across the hire-to-retire life cycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
