Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant - 6-month contract -Outside IR35 - Remote

Evolve ERP are looking to recruit an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant in a role that combines operational support, functional expertise, and business change delivery across Oracle Inventory, Cost Management and Supply Chain processes.

This is not a traditional support role. You will play a key role in maintaining a live Oracle environment while also helping to shape and deliver future business change. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex operational issues, delivering functional enhancements, leading process improvements and contributing to strategic Oracle initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance and IT, helping to ensure the Oracle platform remains stable, effective and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Oracle Fusion SCM experience across Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement and Supply Chain, with implementation, solution design, and transformation delivery experience.
• The client has already implemented Oracle, so we need someone who can support a live BAU environment, deliver enhancements and changes, and contribute to wider transformation initiatives as the Fusion programme grows.
• This is a hands-on Functional role, so steer away from Solution Architecture, Transformation Programmes and Practice Leadership as it will come across not what they need at this stage.
• Hands on with configuration and module setup activities.
• Competent in live service support, incident management, root cause analysis, and day-to-day operational ownership, all of which are key requirements for this role.
• Letting them know you're comfortable operating in a role that combines BAU support, issue resolution and enhancement delivery alongside project and transformation work

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on Oracle professional who combines strong functional knowledge with a genuine interest in business improvement and transformation.

You will be comfortable operating in a live environment, resolving complex issues and working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders. You should also be confident taking ownership of change initiatives, from understanding business requirements through to design, testing and implementation.
