Business Systems Analyst
Evolve is recruiting for a driven and detail-focused Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on automation to join a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation. This role centres on automating end-to-end business processes, enhancing system integration, and driving scalable, efficient operations through smart use of technology.
You will partner with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and the US to analyse current workflows, identify and deliver automation opportunities across both existing and new systems, and define integration requirements that enable seamless data flow. Acting as a key bridge between business and IS teams, you will translate business needs into automation-led, delivery-ready system solutions, ensuring process optimisation and efficiency gains are embedded from the outset.
This is a full-time role, based in Ireland or the UK, working with stakeholders across Ireland, the UK and the US.

Ideal Requirement for the Business Systems Analyst
- 3+ years’ UK experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar, with a strong focus on delivering automation initiatives across existing and new systems
- Proven experience identifying, designing, and implementing process automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
- Hands-on experience with integrated systems such as ERP, CRM, and automation tools (e.g. RPA, workflow platforms), with exposure to APIs or middleware
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into automation-led, delivery-ready solutions
Role Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst
- Lead the analysis and redesign of end-to-end business processes to unlock integration and automation opportunities
- Partner with international stakeholders to shape clear, high-impact system and process requirements
- Drive integration initiatives by mapping data flows, system interactions, and future-state workflows
- Play a central role in cross-functional change projects, bridging business needs with technology delivery
