Director - Sales
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid / Remote)
Mandatory: Applicants must currently reside in the UK or EMEA region
Experience: 7+ Years in B2B Sales (PEGA Sales)
The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-performing Director – Sales (EMEA) to drive revenue growth, expand strategic accounts, and build a scalable sales organization.
This role requires a proven hunter mindset, strong consultative selling capability, and demonstrable experience in selling PEGA solutions , particularly within the Financial Services sector .
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in IT/Consulting services
- Proven experience selling PEGA solutions (BPM / Low-Code) – Mandatory
- Strong experience working with Financial Services clients (Banking / Insurance / FinTech)
- Demonstrated success managing the full sales lifecycle (prospecting to closure)
- Experience responding to RFx in commercial and/or public sector environments
- Experience selling IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Project Delivery services
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Drive incremental sales of EvonSys’ IT consulting and project delivery services
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for the EMEA region
- Qualify leads from outbound prospecting and marketing initiatives
- Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Establish credibility by understanding client business challenges and proposing value-driven solutions
- Track, report, and optimize sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Manage client expectations and handle escalations effectively
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team as the region grows
